All the data (files and folder) you are producing should have your 3 lettre code at the end, i.e. foto_abc.jpg.
Naming of data
Please name all your files like the following example exercisenumber_topic_threelettrecodes-of-all-participants this will produce something like 01_politics_mua-elm-oss

All text should be with a paragraph style.
All graphical stuff should be linked and NOT COPIED into the file (if not it gets too big).
EXPORT your .INDD (CS3 compatible) as preflight with an extra link and font folder
AND EXPORT as a pdf in spreads format.

The best programm for it is to use audacity. It is for free. Please install the 1.3.x version NOT 1.2.x!!! To export MP3 you need to install the lame. When you export it, 64kbs is okay.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich Dich richtig verstanden habe. Der Text ist ein erklärender Text zu den einzelnen Absatzformaten – NATÜRLICH bleibt der nicht stehen.
Die Bilder, Karten, Comics, Graphiken, graphic landscapes werdet Ihr auch produzieren, welche Bilder willst Du denn übernehmen?
Das Layout hat gewisse Linien, die übernommen werden sollen. Ich habe Euch schon mehrere Varianten aufgezeigt, wie man damit spielen kann. Das könnt Ihr doch genauso gut, oder?

eine Frage zum layout.
Sollen die Texte und Beschriftungen in Englisch oder in Deutsch sein? Bzw. steht es uns frei, auf welcher Sprache wir präsentieren? Wenn wir es in Sanaa präsentiert hätten, wärs ja klar, dass wir alles auf englisch machen. Aber jetzt auch noch?

Präsentieren könnt Ihr auf deutsch oder auf englisch. Im Layout wäre es schön, alles auf englisch zu haben; es ist aber kein Muss. Wichtig ist, dass es gut geschrieben ist und keine Rechtschreibfehler drin sind. Bildunterschriften sollten alle auf englisch sein!
